Taking inbound calls, mainly, payments and enquiry calls from customers (tenant). Work experience in Basic non-voice back office paper work with reference to updating claims to and information of customers.
A UK shift pattern covering calls from 8.00am to 3.30pm UK time(Indian time 11.30 am to 8pm / 12.30pm to 9pm ) , Monday to Friday. No sales targets or measures on number of calls per day or paperwork completed.
Main requirement is on the accuracy of the information provided to our callers and the accuracy of paperwork completion.

For our client at Hyderabad, we are looking or Mechanical Engineer- Pressure Vessels & Modular skid Packages.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design and engineering of Pressure Vessels, Modular skid-based Process Equipment, Upstream oil & gas equipment.
Preparing equipment drawings, vessel drawings, layouts from P&ID’s and datasheets.
Engineering calculations, ASME calculations using manual as well as computer aided methods (Compress).
Pipe sizing, Structural design, and Stress calculations for skidded packages.
Familiarity with the codes and design specifications used in the Oil & Gas industry such as API, ISO, ASME etc. as applicable to the design of Pressure Vessels and Process Equipment.
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Compress, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Solidworks, Cadworx and Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledgeable in Weld symbols, weld process, WPS & PQR.

BE or MS Mechanical Engineer. Engineers should have GCC Projects Experience. HAP/Energy Simulations Tools / Elite Fire. Application Knowledge of ASHRAE, IPC/UBC, SBC, ASME, BS Standards.
